If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course or if there was an error in the purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@edvance.org.in. We will review the case and work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include reactivating access, providing course credit, or processing a refund if eligible.
3. Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases
In cases of unauthorized charges or accidental purchases, please notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. Verification and approval are required. If granted, your access will be revoked, and a refund or course credit may be issued.
4. Subscription or Bundle Packages
